A native of Murfreesboro with family spanning three generations in the Middle Tennessee area and a resident of Rutherford County since 1956. A self-employed, independent business owner of 32 years.

Co-owned and operated a Residential/Commercial, construction management company responsible for the evaluation, design and construction of several commercial operations including the first, fully ADA compliant healthcare/Rehab facility in Murfreesboro. Activities also included renovations of two historical structures, renovation or maintenance, on over 100 occasions, involving managed property accounts and remodels of existing residential properties.

Under contract, Lease-managed 98 properties including 56,000+ Sq. Ft. of Commercial/Industrial properties and responsible for the ongoing, direct-maintenance and development of those locations.

Participates in the acquisitions and management of multiple, family-owned properties.

A Tennessee licensed Insurance agent since 1985, a licensed Tennessee real estate Agent/Broker since 1989 and a member of the Rutherford County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and regional multiple-listing services.

Holds dozens of State sanctioned/approved, training and continued education certifications that directly relate to Real Estate with more than 250 credit hours of certified training and multiples in personal study and self-improvement.

Listed/sold commercial/residential real estate in Tennessee in excess of 22 million dollars. Co-owned/operated three real estate companies focused on both residential and commercial, sales and management. Recognized as a "Top Sales Agent". Reviewed, evaluated and analyzed hundreds of properties for clients and customers as part of these activities. Currently the owner and Principal Broker of Just Realty, a Tennessee Real Estate company.
